“The recipient of the ’09 Queen Home Makeover has been announced! We are building for a mother and two daughters in our Birmingham area, one of whom has been paralyzed due to do a tragic accident. Simple things, such as taking a bath without assistance, have been seemingly impossible, and independence has been nearly destroyed.  This home makeover offers not only hope, but the chance for independence and a new life, and the building plans are now underway.

WE ARE CALLING ALL BUILDERS, CONTRACTORS, PAINTERS, DESGINERS, LANDSCAPERS, ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, CABINET MAKERS, SUPPLIERS OF FURNITURE, FLOORING, TILE- WE NEED YOUR HELP. If you’ve been waiting for the opportunity to help someone else now is your chance! Professionals are not required. Volunteers, people just like you, are needed most.
